Tenshodo is a long-established shop in Ginza, founded in 1879 (Meiji 12 ). Famous people from various fields such as Hirobumi Ito and Momiji Ozaki were customers of Tenshodo since the Meiji period, and the name Tenshodo appeared in the novels of Soseki Natsume and in the essays of Kaze Nagai, and has been known as a synonym for a store of luxury goods since those days.

In 1891, the company became the first in Japan to import and sell diamonds, sapphires, rubies and other high-grade jewelry and to implement a guarantee system for its products.

Tenshodo, which was founded in the 19th century and has now entered the 21st century, continues to anticipate the needs of the times while maintaining the trust that has been cultivated over the years and always providing customers with new proposals. As a historical brand born in Ginza, Tenshodo values fresh individuality.
